Dairy-Free Vanilla Pudding

This pudding is dairy-free, which is great for those with allergies! To add to the bunch of goodness, it's so good. It's especially good because the main ingredient is water. It doesn't taste that way. The lovely creaminess is amazing. Absolutely amazing.

Now if my one-year-old brother will eat this, then you can, too! Translated: this is good. Well, on second thought, I don't know if saying that my brother eats this is really proving anything. He eats anything, but doesn't every boy?! Nevermind, just pretend I never told you that. :)

The Yummies

2 c. almond milk
1 1/2 tsp. glucomannan
1 Tbsp. vanilla
Dash sea salt
1/4 c. Truvia
2 Tbsp. butter, softened

Why It's Yummy

1. Blend all of the ingredients together and do NOT omit the butter. It adds a lot of flavor and creaminess. Let sit for five minutes or until thickened. Refrigerate until chilled, if you can wait that long!
